After more than 30 years of studying various healing modalities (social, transpersonal and depth psychology, trauma recovery work, CBT, DBT, somatic experiencing, energy healing, theta healing, and plant medicine work), Human Design is still my favorite. Especially when it is lived as a practice. It’s the one that has brought true relief and clarity to me and to my clients.
I’ve been living my own Human Design experiment as a 4/6 Splenic Projector for 15 years, and it has become the basis for how I understand myself and the world.
Living my design has shaped the perspective from which all my teaching and writing flows.
Learning about the teachings of Human Design is a lot of fun and I have met many on the path who enjoy exploring the ideas. But I have yet to connect with many who have committed to the experiment enough to experience the deep relief that comes when we allow the practice to relieve our minds from the burden of planning and deciding.
Learning to navigate everyday life through Strategy and Authority changes everything. It’s the difference between living in fear, depletion, and regret or moving through life with trust, flow, and self-recognition.
As we move closer to a massive global energy shift in 2027, I feel a deep sense of urgency to share this work.
I am hoping to cultivate a community of those feeling called to this experiment. Let’s support each other to live as ourselves NOW, before the old systems fall away.

Personal Deep Dive: One-on-One Sessions
Package of 6 sessions • 90 min each • On Zoom • $1333
We start with a chart reading that highlights the strongest and most important energy patterns in your design. We explore how these themes are showing up in your life and how to access and trust your own internal knowing as you navigate them. In subsequent sessions we will go deeper into the specifics of your chart as needed to support you in living by your strategy and authority.
Each session includes chart-based reflection, intuitive readings, and coaching on real life applications of your experiment. You will also receive an energy healing tailored to your unique design, in the form of a guided meditation that will bring you back yourself.
Living your experiment may present challenges at times, as your conditioning pressures you to stick to your old ways of thinking, doing, and being. I am here to remind you again and again who you really are, while the experiment of living your design supports your de-conditioning process. Gradually, your brain is rewired to understand and trust your design and you are more able to relax into this natural flow.
Whether you’re new to Human Design or deep in your experiment, these sessions meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and ease.
