We had so much fun marching in the Long Beach Pride Parade yesterday! My girls have been watching the parade for the past few years and loved getting to march this year. It felt great to celebrate Nadia’s courageous transition over the past year and the fact that she is now out and expressing as her true self in both homes and at school! She feels accepted and supported by those around her and she says she is happier than she has ever been!! She was deeply moved by the vast crowds of people cheering on the LQBTQ community yesterday. I love this city!!
